You're in Control
Starting April 3, 2025, Google will automatically opt businesses into its new marketing content usage feature. If preferred, businesses can opt out anytime through Merchant Center settings. This flexibility ensures complete control over your participation.

Google will collect and feature the most relevant content from your marketing emails on Search, the Shopping tab, and other key areas. This includes promotions, new product announcements, sales, and even social media links. Your marketing email data will be treated as “Content” under Merchant Center terms, and no additional terms or conditions will be applied.
