Exciting news for Adsense users! Google has just rolled out a significant update to its Auto optimize feature, empowering Adsense users with greater control over optimization experiments. Previously managed globally, Auto optimize can now be configured at the site level, offering unprecedented flexibility to AdSense users. Over the coming weeks, these changes will be implemented in your accounts, with your existing Auto optimize settings seamlessly applied to all your sites.
Should Adsense users desire more granular control, they can now effortlessly customize Auto optimize for each individual site. This update also brings a more intuitive interface, relocating Auto optimize management from the Experiments page directly to the Ads page within your AdSense account.
Furthermore, the "Suggestions only" option has evolved into a convenient "Auto-apply experiment winner" checkbox, allowing Adsense users to automate the implementation of successful experiment variations. A dedicated "Auto optimize" column has been added to your site list on the Ads page, providing a clear overview of which sites have this feature enabled for Adsense users.
Notably, for any new sites added to your AdSense account, Auto optimize will be enabled by default with the "Auto-apply experiment winner" option selected, allocating 50% traffic and with no blocked experiments initially. Of course, Adsense users retain the complete freedom to disable Auto optimize on any new site according to their specific needs.
This update underscores Google's commitment to providing Adsense users with enhanced tools for maximizing their ad revenue through streamlined and customizable optimization strategies.
